Some members do accept insurance. Please view their profile or contact them directly. Some of our therapists do offer a sliding scale on their fees. Keep in mind that not all therapists on your insurance panel may be well qualified to help you address your needs. All of our mental health professionals are highly trained to ensure you the best treatment.
However, your plan may recognize those Therapists/Psychologists who do not accept insurance as an “out of network” provider in which case they may be able to provide you with a statement of services which you can file as a claim with your insurance carrier. You will need to contact your insurance carrier and ask them what the deductible is for “Mental Health Services” for “out of network providers”. Once you reach your deductible, your therapist can often then provide you with a statement of services for you to submit to your insurance carrier.
Please be aware that if you decide to involve your insurance company in your treatment, they may require information from you and/or your therapist/ about the treatment. Confidentiality is highly crucial to our therapist’s work therefore, your written permission will always be requested before releasing any information to your insurance company.
