James Rohr is a Florida licensed Acupuncture Physician and Doctor of Oriental Medicine. He is nationally certified in both acupuncture and Chinese herbal therapy.  James completed his undergraduate studies in anthropology at Stanford University and his graduate studies in Chinese medicine at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego.  He also completed a certification program at Chengdu University in China.

With specialties in stress management, including insomnia, digestive problems, fatigue, and anxiety, along with orthopedic and pain management, he is uniquely suited to help improve quality of life and productivity.

James has extensive history working in integrative centers, providing the best in traditional and modern medicine.  He was part of the healthcare teams at Scripps Center for Executive Health in La Jolla, Loyola University Medical Centers in Chicago, and Evanston/Northwestern Healthcare in Illinois.  Prior to relocating to Florida, James was also a clinical supervisor and professor of acupuncture at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago. He currently splits his time between private practice in south beach and Canyon Ranch Miami Beach.  

His clinical work has been mentioned in the New York Times, Northshore Magazine, and NBC and CBS news in Miami. His articles have been published in the OM Journal, Acupuncture Today and Total Health Magazine.
