Brad Kerschensteiner, LMFT

Bradley Kerschensteiner, LMFT is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and the President of Integrative Change, Inc, a health and wellness business network with clusters in South Florida and New York City.  He maintains a private practice in Miami Beach and works as the primary Behavioral Therapist for a renowned integrative health and wellness center in Miami Beach. He treats individuals, couples, and families on a range of mental health issues. 

Bradley also provides private Executive Coaching services as well as facilitates trainings for small and mid-size businesses and organizations. He is one of the select coaches and consultants who belongs to the Enneagram Learning International team. He has received advanced certfication in the application of the Awareness to Action approach to Leadership Development and the Enneagram personality system under Mario Sikora (Enneagram Learning International Team). His clients include Young Presidents Organization in North America, South America and Africa. 
 
Bradley received his Masters in Integral Counseling Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies in 2003. Previously, Bradley served as the Assistant Clinical Director at G & G Holistic Addiction Treatment, Inc. in North Miami Beach. 

He has extensive experience practicing both individual and group psychotherapy, having worked in the addiction field in both San Francisco and Miami. 
 
Bradley has also provided clinical trainings for mental health agencies and substance abuse treatment centers including: Orchid Women’s Recovery Center, G & G Holistic Addiction Treatment, Florida International University, Milestones in Eating Disorder Recovery Center, GEO Care, Inc., The Treatment Center and Seaside Addiction Treatment Center in Palm Beach, Florida.
 
Finally, Bradley is also a member of Mt. Sinai's Elite Health Practitioner Network, the American Psychological Association and a former member of Miami Business Networking International for over two years.

Dr. Camilla Mager graduated from Brown University, earning her B.A. with honors in the discipline of Religious Studies. She earned both her Masters and her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. Dr. Mager is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy as well as psychodynamic psychotherapy from both Interpersonal and Jungian perspectives. In addition, she has a background in Integral Psychology – an approach which utilizes the research, teachings, and wisdom from many different disciplines and practices and integrates insights from neuroscience, mind/body approaches, nutrition, spiritual/religious traditions (Western and Eastern), and alternative health practices in order to allow for a more comprehensive approach to working with clients in therapy. Dr. Mager is an active member of the National Eating Disorder Association and the Academy for Eating Disorders. She has been in private practice since 2005. As Chapter Director of Integrative Change in New York City, she supports new members, fosters the growth of the IC community and encourages a holistic approach to treatment and overall health.

Derron SantinDerron Santin
Derron Santin, MFT, is a licensed psychotherapist and consultant practicing in San Francisco, where he has lived and served the San Francisco community for over 15 years.  After working as a social worker with the City’s underserved populations, he received his Masters in Counseling from San Francisco State University, and later trained at the Marina Counseling Center.  Derron combines a practical blend of relational, mindful, somatic, and spiritual orientations in guiding his clients to make authentic choices for themselves. Derron’s work involves helping his clients recognize, honor, and integrate parts of themselves they’ve disavowed, the loss of which creates pain and alienation from others.  His belief is that once we integrate our lost parts, we move through the world with more fluency, purpose, and joy.  As Chapter Director of Integrative Change for San Francisco he brings direct involvement in the well being of his community, encourages a holistic approach to self-care, and believes in the value of trying a variety of healing modalities and choosing what feels best. http://derronsantin.com/

Dr. Caryl A. Keating, Psy.D., is a licensed psychologist with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.). She serves as The Chapter Director forthe Integrative Change Network in Broward and Palm Beach County in Florida. Dr. Keating maintains a private practice and offers Mind-Body Skills Groups and Workshops. As a Chapter Director, a psychologist and local member of Integrative Therapist Network, Dr. Keating supports new members; plans and organizes monthly meetings, trainings and member events; and collaborates with the IC team in the growth and expansion of the Integrative Change Network of Health and Wellness Professionals in South Florida.

Originally from the Philadelphia area, she attended the University of Miami, FL for Communications after studies abroad in England.  Since then, she has pursued an exciting & rewarding career in sales & customer service for over ten years.  She absolutely loves working with those in the health & wellness field, having had a lifelong interest in various aspects of psychology, health & wellness herself.   Tara truly enjoys connecting with current and prospective members to assist them with all aspects of membership.

Lucinda Kerschensteiner

As a catalyst for programs with significant social impact, Lucinda specializes in social entrepreneurship.  Having received her Masters Degree in Business / Global Social & Sustainable Enterprise, Lucinda dedicates her career to assisting businesses that are in the business of doing good for the world - whether in their own community or in other parts of the world. 

Her involvements include providing business development services in Lusaka, Zambia where she and her team improved management approaches for a small manufacturer of mobility devices serving base-of-the-pyramid populations. In addition, Lucinda provides business support services to Shonaquip CC and Uhambo Foundation, both of Cape Town, South Africa. Lucinda has experience in workforce development, corporate coaching/training and small business development. Her innate ability to coach, train and facilitate equip her to contribute to team development, strategic direction and program development.

James Rohr

Jim Rohr-new

James Rohr is a Florida licensed Acupuncture Physician and Doctor of Oriental Medicine. He is nationally certified in both acupuncture and Chinese herbal therapy.  James completed his undergraduate studies in anthropology at Stanford University and his graduate studies in Chinese medicine at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego.  He also completed a certification program at Chengdu University in China.  James has extensive history working in integrative centers, providing the best in traditional and modern medicine.  Prior to relocating to Florida, James was also a clinical supervisor and professor of acupuncture at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago. He currently splits his time between his private practice in South Beach and Canyon Ranch Miami Beach.

David Miller strengthens Integrative Change in its marketing and business development. His background includes a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and accreditations by numerous programs of study in business-to-business and business-to-consumer communications. His occupational focus for over 30 years has been business development and communications management. His special areas of expertise are marketing strategy, branding, and messaging. His primary motivation in this chapter of his career is to help well-intentioned organizations spread the word about their offerings. His work has included help to non-profit and for-profit companies who provide services in disabilities management, community education, suicide prevention, wellness center care, and organizational development. Early in his career, he worked for national and global product manufacturers including Compaq Computer Corporation, Pepsi-Cola, and O’Neill, Inc.
