Integrative Change, Inc. (IC) is dedicated to matching consumers with qualified health and wellness professionals.  IC strives to simplify the process of finding these health professionals on-line. IC embraces an integrative approach to the change and healing process, understanding the value of a multi-dimensional approach to achieve optimum results and health. Bradley Kerschensteiner, Founder

Bradley Kerschensteiner, LMFT is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and the Founder of Integrative Change, Inc.  He also maintains a private psychotherapy practice, provides business training and consulting services, as well as  clinical trainings to local mental health agencies. His vision to impact change at both the individual and organizational level is at the heart of his company and services.

Bradley received his Masters in Counseling Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies in 2003. He maintains a private practice in Miami and works as the primary Behavioral Therapist for a renowned integrative health and wellness center in Miami Beach. Previously, Bradley served as the Assistant Clinical Director at G & G Holistic Addiction Treatment, Inc. in North Miami Beach. 

He has extensive experience practicing both individual and group psychotherapy, having worked in the addiction field in both San Francisco and Miami. His background in Mindfulness meditation stems from both his training in DBT as well as having practiced and studied Insight meditation for many years. He has trained the clinical staff for Orchid Women’s Recovery Center, G & G Holistic Addiction Treatment, Florida International University, Milestones in Eating Disorder Recovery Center, GEO Care, Inc., The Treatment Center and Seaside Addiction Treatment Center in Palm Beach, Florida.

Bradley is one of the select few who have received advanced certification training in the application of the Awareness to Action approach to Leadership Development and the Enneagram personality system. His clients include Young Presidents Organization in North America, South America and Africa. 

He is also a member of Mt. Sinai's Elite Health Practitioner Network, the American Psychological Association and a former member of Miami Business Networking International for over two years.

Kirsten Brown-Garcia, Vice President

Kirsten-Brown-Garcia-Kirsten Brown-Garcia earned her bachelor’s degree at Brown University and received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in San Francisco – a graduate school specialized in the integration of eastern mindfulness practices with western psychology. She is a bilingual therapist (English and Spanish) specialized in the treatment of eating disorders such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, compulsive/emotional eating, as well as lesser-known dysfunctions such as orthorexia and diabulimia. She also provided clinical trainings on eating disorders at Canyon Ranch Miami Beach and G&G Holistic Drug Treatment Center. Kirsten also has extensive training and expertise in cross-cultural issues, and serves as the Spanish-speaking clinical resource for Integrative Change Inc., providing assessments and referrals for clients seeking treatment that is tailored to their language needs and cultural preferences.

Camilla Mager HeadshotDr. Camilla Mager, PsyD
Dr. Camilla Mager graduated from Brown University, earning her B.A. with honors in the discipline of Religious Studies. She earned both her Masters and her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. Dr. Mager is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy as well as psychodynamic psychotherapy from both Interpersonal and Jungian perspectives. In addition, she has a background in Integral Psychology – an approach which utilizes the research, teachings, and wisdom from many different disciplines and practices and integrates insights from neuroscience, mind/body approaches, nutrition, spiritual/religious traditions (Western and Eastern), and alternative health practices in order to allow for a more comprehensive approach to working with clients in therapy. Dr. Mager is an active member of the National Eating Disorder Association and the Academy for Eating Disorders. She has been in private practice since 2005. Derron SantinDerron Santin
Derron Santin, MFT, is a licensed psychotherapist and consultant practicing in San Francisco, where he has lived and served the San Francisco community for over 15 years.  After working as a social worker with the City’s underserved populations, he received his Masters in Counseling from San Francisco State University, and later trained at the Marina Counseling Center.  Derron combines a practical blend of relational, mindful, somatic, and spiritual orientations in guiding his clients to make authentic choices for themselves. Lucinda KerschensteinerAs a catalyst for programs with significant social impact, Lucinda specializes in social entrepreneurship.  Having received her Masters Degree in Business / Global Social & Sustainable Enterprise, Lucinda dedicates her career to assisting businesses that are in the business of doing good for the world - whether in their own community or in other parts of the world. 

Her involvements include providing business development services in Lusaka, Zambia where she and her team improved management approaches for a small manufacturer of mobility devices serving base-of-the-pyramid populations. In addition, Lucinda provides business support services to Shonaquip CC and Uhambo Foundation, both of Cape Town, South Africa. Lucinda has experience in workforce development, corporate coaching/training and small business development. Her innate ability to coach, train and facilitate equip her to contribute to team development, strategic direction and program development.

Fred Brown

Having recently retired as Country Managing Partner for Ecuador and Partner-in-Charge of Consulting Services for the Andean Region of Ecuador, Fred now handles the financial operations of Aqua. James Rohr

Jim Rohr-newJames Rohr is a Florida licensed Acupuncture Physician and Doctor of Oriental Medicine. He is nationally certified in both acupuncture and Chinese herbal therapy.  James completed his undergraduate studies in anthropology at Stanford University and his graduate studies in Chinese medicine at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego.  He also completed a certification program at Chengdu University in China.  James has extensive history working in integrative centers, providing the best in traditional and modern medicine.  Prior to relocating to Florida, James was also a clinical supervisor and professor of acupuncture at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago. He currently splits his time between his private practice in South Beach and Canyon Ranch Miami Beach.

David Miller

His background includes a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and accreditations by numerous programs of study in business-to-business and business-to-consumer communications. His occupational focus for over 30 years has been business development and communications management. His special areas of expertise are marketing strategy, branding, and messaging. His primary motivation in this chapter of his career is to help well-intentioned organizations spread the word about their offerings. His work has included help to non-profit and for-profit companies who provide services in disabilities management, community education, suicide prevention, wellness center care, and organizational development. Early in his career, he worked for national and global product manufacturers including Compaq Computer Corporation, Pepsi-Cola, and O’Neill, Inc.
